27/03/10 - WOD
This picture is specifically for Matt at Shop Physical - Thats another notch on Jack's bedpost!!
I think this comment is a little harsh(although well done jack) and feel that Matt at shop Physical should be allowed a second chance due to an injury!!!!
There's no doubt that Jack is flying at the moment, this is true but is the secret to his success the fact that he models himself on early 90's neighbours star Brad. This guy from shop physical looks and trains like Greg Amundson you all better watch out he's on the way back!
Calm down girls!!! jack will be back in a couple of days after his shoulder is fixed. i will then look forward to adding a few more notches on my bedpost. Jack
