06/04/10 - WOD


Lewis getting on with it after his tantrum!! Good work (eventually!)
Air squats - 20, 30, 40, 50, 60
Chest-to-Bar pull-ups - 30, 25, 20, 15, 10
Rest for 3 minutes then:
Jump squats - 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 (20kg/10kg)
Weighted pull-ups - 15, 12, 9, 6, 3
