Complete (with 42.5kg/30kg bar) for Time:
20 Thrusters
20 Sumo-deadlift High Pull
20 Push Jerk
20 Over-head Squat
20 Front Squat
4 burpees must be completed each minute before you can continue with the remainder of the exercises!
