Hey Jack, just picked up your thread from the other day. An interesting idea staying up late to try and catch the first post of the daily WOD, I've wondered myself what time we get the updated posts. It must be sometime in the early hours though.
Ye its usually at 1am they post it our time, dont know what happened tha other day tho. i had to settle to finding out in the morning, just like every1 else!!
