Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

1 Muscle up

6 Burpee Wall Ball

10 Ground to overhead press (any way)(50kg/30kg)

Today's workout was in aid of the new addition to Coach M's family. Congratulations to Mat's sister Sara, Andrew and Leo on the birth of little Rudie!
