Well done to The Chief who had a new PB of 150kg

Deadlift:

5-5-5-5-5

Met-con:

40 Ab-Mat Sit ups

30 Kettlebell Swings (24kg/16kg)

20 Knees to Elbows

10 GHD Sit-Ups

20 Knees to Elbows

30 Kettlebell Swings

40 Ab-Mat Sit Ups

  3. Great to see i got the final spot in the team rev!! i was getting a bit nervous there for a while seen as i missed alot of training latley. Well im in now so im gunna be smashing it over the next couple of weeks to prove my place in the team! its going to start with todays WOD 5 pull ups 10 press up and 15 squats, bring it on. see all you all this evening.

  5. Right then guys 15 rounds of"CINDY" it is! Machine smashed a 13 minute time Rx'd this morning lets get it beat. I'm gonna do this WOD then 5x5 power cleans (Mikko style) then a short met con with poer cleans and DU's any takers? Also Sian is doing th three peaks this weekend so best of luck to her.
