The Rev shows off his "Super Socks" - Longsocks, Look Out!

Strength:

Overhead Squat

1-1-1-1-1-1-1

then, for time:

20 Overhead Squats

30 Double Unders

  2. Ah, this photo shoot was done for the Next winter collection, M&S wanted us but we found out longsocks had already set up an exclusive deal with Next due to their extensive range. He just wasn't happy with what M&S put on the table. to quote him "Rev, those socks just ain't long enough I out!".
    A bit of colour on those legs for the summer I think though, oh and I'm glad I've had new wrist straps off SP, I was starting to wear more bandages than Mr Bump!
