40 Squats

30 Kettlebell Swings

20 Walking Lunge

  9. Wow i have missed a hell of a lot of workouts! AGAIN! i really need to stop going away to see my girlfriend haha! There seems to be a load of big efforts over tha last week or so, too many to name though i recken!
