Complete 5 rounds for time of:

5 Muscle Ups

10 Over-Head Squat

15 Toes-to-Bar

20 GHD Sit-ups

    just catching up on a few posts, great to see fab pictures.

    gym closed so I've done a couple of body weight workouts. Nothing to severe though.
    Thanks for your comments on the Dance, It's going down well with the locals.

    Looks as though your all training hard. Spanish lady sitting next to me checking out Jamies legs!
