24/08/10 - WOD

The Rev

Complete 3 rounds for time of:

5 rope climbs (15ft)

21 Ring Dips

50 Squats

    We're like twins now in our matching outfits.

    With regards to the workout I think at the moment, going up is ok it's the coming down that's the problem!

    We had a good laugh warming up tonight, Coach M decided to start increasing the height on the box jumps, Phin got involved and was loving it. It was a shame I had to be a party pooper and leave early, the gym was packed and I think we could have got Paul and Sparky to join in.....great to see everyone working hard on the WOD too!

Here's something for you lot, I've noticed a lot of tension lately, what with strange posting and what have you, so the old Rev has decided to lighten the mood, I've decided to undertake a survey of things we love at the gym, it can be anything you want as long as it makes you happy and is Funct related. Now I know there's lots of you out there reading the comments so get posting too!

    I'll give you a couple of examples for you:-

    Mat loves Claire
    Rev loves posting on the web site
    Longsocks loves the foam rollers
    SP loves Fran (In a strange twisted way)
    The Chief loves grunting

    Get the idea, the above are only examples, no anons please, they wont count, if you've got to use the anon post set write your name at the bottom!
