Complete 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 reps of:

1 & 1/2 x body weight deadlift

Body weight bench press

3/4 body weight squat clean

    I looked on the board to see who'd been in earlier today and the efforts they'd put in, I saw the crew who were finishing off their workouts late on.

    Some say man might never return to the moon on account of it being to expensive to get him there. I recon the effort put in by all you guys today generated enough horse power to send mankind to Saturn let alone the moon. Someone call NASA.

    Nuff said.
