The Rev tackles the muscle-up hand-stand press-up!!!

Complete 5 rounds for time of:

3 Muscle-up Handstand Push-ups

10 Burpee Pull-ups

  2. A little to much excitement perhaps. The WOD buckled me today but was great fun at the same time. Got to fight to try and stay within 5mins of the coach, just failed today.. oh well.
