25kg DB swings (55lb) 25kg thrusters (55lbs sounds better though) pullups as prescribed
rounds and numbers as stated time 10:54
Not as quick as some of our guys but I'm beating my American friends who used a similar sub to me but they used lighter weights.
Must be the great coaching 'cause I find now I'm recording better times than them on a regular basis and some of our guys and girls are hitting way better times and much heavier loads than me.
