I suppose when I think about it I'm just your typical average guy.
Just over a twelve month ago the coach introduced me to the crossfit program and on this day a year ago I left behind the old school methods of training and followed the new and exciting workouts that FunctFit offered.
With the help of a great coach who has the dynamic vision to identify our weaknesses and correct them accordingly and some great new friends who offer tremendous support and encouragement Mr average can now quite comfortably complete....
Kipping Pullups Butterfly Pullups MuscleUps HSPU HSPU on rings All the Olympic lifts and MU HSPU (Which like as of this morning was like what the hell are they!). Along with all the other cool stuff we do.
I guess Mr Average is maybe a little less average one year on. Challenge yourself to try something different, It's amazing what can be achieved! (But I guess you guys at Funct already know that 'cause I see all your fantastic achievements on the wall everyday)
