Struggled through 30 strict MU's yesterday but inspired by everyone over the gym on Monday working their balls off (including the ladies) and the efforts of our elite crew competing in the games decided to take on Diane tonight....Oh Dear...just got back in at 21:45. Deads slooow but HSPU ok, a prize to the closest guess as to what my time was. (And it's a prize you'll all want, a copy of the best selling book How to look good naked in a pair of inov-8's by Khalipa Socks!) Oh .. and Claire sign me up for one of coach Socks KB classes...I love it! Great to see you back on you're feet O.
I'm saying 5:46 if your reads were slow. Rev you will have to meet Raj but he has many faces lol. 30 MU took me 6:16 I think a minute slower than my PB but that's how the cookie crumbles I guess

Coach Sock's KB Classes will be held twice a week and there are limited spaces. Raj and his mates are already signed up!
