15 Bar Facing Burpees

  1. So like Socks walked up to the music player, turn it up P-Diddy I shouted to him....Snoop Dogg was on with SWEAT....and everybody certainly did!
    Superb effort and great company, fantastic stuff from the coach, only seen one faster on main site at the moment and he made it look so bloody easy, oh well.
    Big shout to Socks for the supplies and Boobs for the refreshment. I'm converted.
    Anyhow when you all hear old Snoop on your radios in your car or in the house think of your bar facing burpees and tell Snoop to go shove it.....you done good Functfitters!

  2. SP was like Rich Froning Jr minus the hair when it came to double unders today. Very smooth SP, very smooth.
    Me... I'm like Bambi on amphetamines...I digress, a pleasure to watch the FunctFit SealFit crew tackle the Wednesday WOD even if it was like something out of a carry on film before they started.
