MUSCLE UP CLUB
GARY joins the Muscle Up Club
JACK has a little help from coach M but is almost there
Friday night muscle up club! Can't believe I missed it. Great effort from Jack and Gary. The thing is though it looks as if Gaz once getting his muscle up has decided to practice the iron cross move!!
well spotted Rev I said that myself, your comments are inspiring. that was the third muscle up gary had done, after the first he screamed WIPE OUT!!!!!! He made a funny noise after number 2, and then he went all cowboy on us and give it the old thigh slap
