Rev we missed you at the latest crazy Sunday. Told you I was going sub 4 mins next time lol, the boys put in a great effort PR's all round. If your there tonight BABS is waiting for you!
Great to catch up with everyone tonight. What I love about this sport is people crush their old times with new pr's and I'm like wow look at those times, how'd they do that, thats like fast work or maybe someones eaten a massive 2 mins off their personal best. Then you get the low down from the guys and their all like talking about how they can make adjustments to go even quicker! Top draw guys, Big Shout to Mr Frantastic with a sub Roger Banister Fran! Lead the way brother we can but follow.
