5 rounds:

20 Pull Ups

30 Press Ups

40 Sit Ups

50 Squats

Rest for 3 minutes in between each round!

  1. Had to go over the pool Wed night for swimming club. Sat and watched people on the tred mill, started feeling a little sleepy, watched some more, yawned, people on, people off, contemplated having a little nap. How dull training used to be. Thought of Babs from the night before, pulse starts racing, a cold sweat forms on the back of my neck, adrenalin kicks in, Mats on the timer, people tracking back and fore clocking their times, bodies spent but theres two more rounds to go! Your rest is done it's time to dig deep and go again. Where would you rather be?

  2. You know like in America when they have an early warning system to tell people theres' a hurricane on the way. As all those present at the gym on Thursday night will know, this is your warning. Jamie wants to look into the eye of the Hurricane............again!!!.......brace yourselves guys its gonna be one hell of a ride.

  3. Matt SP, nice work on your butterfly progression. Cool brother, but I guess, use your gifts wisely, they look as if they might have a sting in their tail. Everybody wants to be able to do them now mind you!!!!
