  1. A classic photo showing core stability, I think?
    If you trace a line from Mats shoulders through his mid section and past his hands and hips they are all in unison. Thus not only is he generating a lot of power through the muscle up he is also doing so with great efficiency. I'm not sure if thats quite right but it's still a cool photo. Have I been reading to much crossfit stuff lately?
