Hi-De-Hi crossfitters, old Rev is back from the big smoke with a bad case of FunctFit withdrawal symptoms. Was hoping to call over tonight(Tues) but the clock beat me. Will hopefully be able to make the gym for wed. Anyway enough about me lets get the low down. What is this cool new piece of kit I see Gav playing with? Fandabidozi! man it just gets better and better. Is Gav using the Chris Spealler technique, the Tarzan or the Spiderman? This hero WOD looks tough, great effort Gav. Catch you soon guys.
Nice to hear from you Rev. I thought that you would like the new equipment. Get yourself over to Funct and give them a go. You should have seen Coach M the monkey flying up the rope. I need to learn how to grip the rope with my feet, that should make it a bit easier.
Yeah, I've seen them doing that on the videos. They make it look so simple when in reality its another tough skill to learn. I'll probably end up looking more like a baboon with my butt hanging out!
