Double unders own me (again). Great to catch up with the machine and SP. Looking good guys! I've been doing a bit of catch up watching the main site videos showing the regionals. Is it me or do some of these WODs look tough. I'm also thinking a few of them might be heading our way. (Remember the final event chipper from last years games).
