24/05/10 - WOD

Strength:

Back Squat
5-5-5-5-5

Congrats to Gav who achieved a FANTASTIC 120kg!!

Met-Con:
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
3 Pull ups
6 Knees to Elbows
9 Squats
At the start of every round with an odd number (1,3,5,7 etc) complete 5 burpees

Well done to Coach M who did this exercise with a 10kg weighted vest and still completed 17 rounds!!

    First round of 21 thrusters and PU not to bad. Strategy failed on the rest of WOD.Old Revaldo still felt beaten up though, this girl is so intense!

    Hey Longsocks here comes the StarTrek link. Next time on Fran no Strategies I'm just going to go out hard and KLINGON till the end.
