23/06/10 - WOD
Coach M takes on today's WOD as required - 11:05!!
Complete 3 rounds for time of:
15 Kettlebell Thrusters (24kg/16kg)
30 GHD Sit ups
Big mention to Mr. Socks who put in a massive effort tonight! As required - 13:42!!
I've just witnessed the longsocks demolish the Rev's time in today's WOD. Who said there was anything wrong with a diet of Pizza, pringles and jaffa cakes? Well done longsocks!!!
Fantastic Mr socks! you haven't got any jelly babies going spare have you big guy? Great effort Chris, wish I could have been there! Now its time for big chief longsocks to hunt down the high flyers coach M, Phys, the machine and Gav. (Why not take the little chief on the hunting party with you). 11:05 by the coach is quick mind you. Power to the man with longsocks!
Oh heck, do you know I do so much posting these days I lose track of where I've put 'em all. I have put a post on for today on the photo of me and the coach doing the burpee WOD. Sorry guys. Mind you, you're probably all thinking thank God we missed it. Anyway for those that follow the Rev's musings jump back a photo or two. Right I'm off to mainsite to pester Tony B. I think I'll be having an .....off from him soon though. Ah well. Hi De Hi FunctFitters!
Gutted that I've missed this week, (had a nasty bug!)hope to return to action friday for day one! Good to see all the guys putting in awesome efforts as always, I've got a helluva lot of catching up to do and I'm sure coach M is gonna tear me a new one! See you guys soon.
James, nice to see a new post from a good guy. You have missed some super efforts from the hardcore bunch, but I can't wait to see you in top form posting great times yourself.
Anwen aka Titch was rocking the junior WOD with Ellis and Morgan, then made us all hats. She did tell me that they were just to cover the Rev's bald patch, only kidding bro. The Rev was occupied perfecting the snatch balance and the overhead squat position. Nice to see the kids interested in the adults play park what a future. See all the regulars 2moz for a world of pain lol
Great to see you posting James, I love the enthusiasm that others show it makes me feel normal! I wore my hat all the way home,looked a bit like Noddy, funny enough we were discussing hair loss today in work, hmm, things are getting a bit patchy up top I wonder how many cuts I've got before I'm in SP's gang? Great to use the Rest day to work on technique, thanks Mat.
