Complete 5 rounds for time with 42.5kg/30kg bar:

5 Deadlift

5 Hang Power Cleans

5 Squat Cleans

5 Push Press

5 Push Jerk

The bar must not touch the ground during the round. If the bar touches the ground, the round does not count and you must start again!

  1. I know it's a day late but I'm posting on the ring HSPU workout. Just to let you all know, first two RHSPU took way to long (Mat, Claire and Geraint will fill you all in on the Revs version of the Moscow state circus!) so time constraints meant:
    4 rounds of DL at 130kg
    20 RHSPU
    time approx 18mins
    after my first 2 RHSPU coach M made some adjustments to my technique and it was like WOW 3 round of 5 all unbroken. Great coaching Mat! I know you all do but keep practising at those weaknesses guys 'cause eventually things fall into place. The most I'd ever managed before was 2 single RHSPU. (You've all seen the video how they started!)

    where-
    expenditure is the worksheet name
    b10 relates to the cell entry you want to copy from to the new worksheet.

    this is an example use your references accordingly.

  3. Trained this morning with Chief, power clean and jerk 1 rm. Got to 90 kgs felt good. Cleaned the 100kg but failed the jerk f$&! It. Chief got 80 a new pr by 5kg big effort mate. A bit of eating to be done then ready for the gruelling sess later, see you all there
