  1. gutted i missed that today, I'll catch up with the machine in the week no doubt! What kind of times were there, many PR's no doubt.....was this one Jamie's idea again?

  2. Yes SP, PR's all round with Long Socks leading the way 6 minutes off his last time!!

    Max ran over so she didn't do the WOD but she did do double tabata squats lowest round of 17 so that went well.

    Props to the Long Socks finaly getting the kipping pull up locked in

  4. cheers guys! after a a bit of one to one with
    coach M on friday, i am almost doing correct
    kippin pull ups, no kicking of the wall, a bit
    more practice and the patience of coach M, i'll get there, hope the cheif did a good time,
    as he was doing well when i left, big effort from gary, even if carol vorderman had to count his reps,

    Well said SP, I'm chuffed for you Chris you deserve some big results for all the effort you're putting in. Had to go to Cardiff today so did the 30K bike in garage on my Mikko simulator.
    It was mentally challenging. At one point I counted the number of bricks on one wall.
