Missed you this morning, had to go it alone. All RX'D apart from bench press, had to do 30kg. can't remember my time. I think it was 31min something. Have to check with Clare. Bloody hard going though! Meant to say, nice photo of you posted the other day. Handsome fella!!!!!
Ah I see whats going on the only record Max doesn't hold is that for the most number of nick names. She's got a few now but she's gonna have to aquire quite a few more to catch the old socks! Saw this WOD posted from mainsite the other day and thought she'd have fun with it.
Rev, how the devil are you? Hope your having a great holiday. You are greatly missed, posts have been few and far between. You'd have enjoyed this WOD.
Yeah looked fun but I think the deadlifts would have been the end of me. We're all having a great time, a little to much food and drink though. HSPU on 3rd floor balcony going well, looking forward to doing some oly lifts when we get back, gonna struggle though after over endulging, oh well. Thought I spotted longsocks selling melons on the beach, is he on holiday in Majorca too? Hope you had a great birthday Gav! Wish you were here guys
