Big G jumps 15" above reach - EFFORT!

Complete 5 rounds for time of:

50 jump and touch (18" above tip toe reach)

40 Squats

30 Sit Ups

20 Press Ups

10 Pull Ups

  1. hi all,done todays workout OMG andf after 400m walking lunges 2 days ago, now i cant bend my legs need a crane to get me up and down from the sofa, have not felt in so much pain in years, and we call this fun, was told that i had a few brain cells missing or was IT THAT i only had a few brain cells, after the last few sessions i think they are righT. well done to all who completed todays WOD, K-STARR
