Mat Salo "Gav, do you realise your shower time is the same as your 5k run time?"
Gav Lipson "Is it?, sweet that means I've just hit a 34sec PR on the old shower, I really struggle with the wash and go technique."
Mat Salo "Ok, lets roll, We're meeting Rev Orlando at the Cardiff West M4 services, his cars broken down again."

Gav Lipson " Seems to be some guy doing burpees over there with a strange looking bandage on his hand"
Khalipa Socks "That must be Rev O, he's squashed his finger and has taped it up. I saw him over the gym the other night walking around like E.T. with what looked like a toilet roll wrapped around his finger"

Rev Orlando "997....998....999.1000 TIME"
Stranger holding a watch "I think that says 2hrs 59min 12secs"
Rev O "Shit, I didn't get within 2 x Mikko again!"
Mat Salo "Never mind Rev theres always next time, stick your bags in the Merc we're heading to Shop Physical to hook up with Amundson"
Khalipa Socks "I'm just going to slip into my training gear in that rest room over there, I'm ready to hit a WOD now."
10 mins later...in a panic...
Khalipa NoSocks "Guys, Guys, have you seen anyone leaving with an extra long pair of socks?"
Rev O "No, whats happened socks"
Khalipa NoSocks "well, I set my kit out to change and I spotted a mirror in the corner so I thought I'd do a quick bit of maintenance on my Movember, it's gone a bit scraggly as of late. Any how when I go back my socks are gone!"
Mat Salo "We're going to do a couple of WODS up the pines later, you can pick up some new ones there, see if Rev's got a spare pair in his bag for now"
