Sat for a long time an actually thought about it, couldn't summarise it into one word or one sentence. Started to write a philosophical answer and deleted it. Wow kinda mind bending when you actually think of it.
If you follow the program and you're reading this, you've obviously thought about it and you'll know where I'm coming from.
If you don't follow the program and are reading this, it's been a waste of you're time and you need to be asking yourself the more serious question of "Why don't I do crossfit". At which point you should really get down to functfit and give it a go where you too could be enjoying all the benefits that functional training has to offer. Easy it ain't but what you'll gain will be...well you'll just have to find that out for yourself.
