  1. 150 kg back squat (pr), 85 kg press (pr) and 190 kg deadlift (pr) totl 425 kg (pr) not a bad day at all. Just got to get my met-con back and it's all good. Well done socks 215 kg dead way to go bro. Oh yeah Rev if your still there get ur ass over the gym brother you were flying
