The atmosphere at the gym has been awesome with the return of Fran and it was great to see two people getting sub 3. Fantastic Fran's by the sharpshooters with everyone seeming to be inspired by their efforts. Seems the sectionals came a little too early maybe. With the two elite guys pushing on it's been interesting listening to others talk about their goals and aims as to where they think they can gain a little time or sneak a few seconds here or there. The wall of pain made interesting reading and there were some notable performances by many people...superb guys I love it.
On a lighter note..coming soon..... Bev and Rev's quest to become the new Ant and Dec. (Though Socks recon's they're more likely to end up like little and large)....cheeky bugger.
