Complete 1 minutes on each exercise for 3 rounds - 1 minute rest in between each round:

Wall Ball (10kg/7kg)
OHS (42.5kg/30kg)
Press Ups (Games Style)
KB Clean & Jerk (32kg/24kg)
Box Jumps (24"/20") (Games Style)
