ReplyDeleteWhat a workout by Mat Funct Fit and Mat shop physical. Awesome times with tremendous speed and technique. For those that were there all I can say is WOW, it don't come much better than that! For those that weren't take a look on main site, find the fastest times, thats what these guys did (Mat(FF) just finishing first).
great to see everbody hitting this workout hard though, Funct Fit, the box that rocks!!!!!
