Looks like im gunna have to make up alot of workouts! i now feel sympathy for shop physical matt as i have also blown my shoulder. hoping to be back in action soon. Jack
What have I told you about those pointless body building movements Jack! Just remember there are a lot of workouts you can do with one arm just ask Sian. See you in the gym soon mate you know you can just pop in and see all the elite here any time
