Complete 3 rounds for time of:
100 metre walking lunge
50 Squats
25 Back Extensions

  1. Ok, is everybody ready for the fat loss challenge? Everyone got their own strategies? I'm trying to visualise this in a slightly different way to fat in order to help me out. I'm setting myself the Usain Bolt/Flo Jo fat loss challenge. What is he on about now you are all probably thinking! I will reveal all! (for those that are interested, most won't give a Funct Fit mind you).
