Just watching dragons den and Theo is looking good after last nights "Fran". Today's workout is really tough so for the newbies to Funct this will be a steep learning curve. I think these games wod's will make the experienced look like newbies, SP- 2 rounds + deadlifts rx'd that's just to scare you lol

Great performance by the FunctFit crew tonight on the games WOD, but the evening left a number of unanswered question:-
