    Great to catch up with Jamie today, he was.....shall we say as colourful as ever.

    A strange thing happened too. As you're all aware, most people look wrecked after they've finished a WOD but I recon Sparky (Who was looking a little peaky before he started) was actually looking much better after he'd finished today's workout... nice one Sparkster!

  2. Fantastic effort by the guys on the ladder tonight, Owen and Ceri went really well. Things got a bit wild at the end....so close Gary, so close. We were all willing you on brother!
