05/08/10 - WOD

Rev warms up before the workout - clearly!!

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 Thrusters

7 Hang Power Cleans

10 Sumo-deadlift High-pull

Men - 42.5kg

Women - 30kg

    50 burpees punishment I think for gross miss use of gym equipment!
