5 Deadlift

Deadlift weight should be 85% of your max!!

  3. Great fun tonight, Great workouts, Great company, Great friends. Loving the mind over matter trick M...imagine their not there....brilliant. I'm gonna use that trick when I'm having a row for doing something wrong in the house.

    Looks like Big G's heard about the weights and will be flinging 'em around like polo's.
