1 Rope Climb (from sitting position)

29 Back Squat (45kg/27.5kg)

Farmers carry 10 metres (60kg/40kg each hand)

  2. Sorry to get back to you so late M, computer problems. Yeah, I've got gym trainers, gym lifting shoes and gym plimies. Not that they do any good in catching you, Mat and SP. You guys are looking good as of late, keep up the good work, it's great to watch!

    Spanish wrap in pic I think, time to learn the Russian wrap me thinks.
