07/03/11 - REST DAY

Complete 3 rounds for time:

30 Wall Ball (10kg/7kg @ 10ft)

30 Box Jumps (24"/20")

30 KB Swings (24kg/16kg)

30 Burpees

  1. Managed to squeeze this one in after dance, the lindy hop step. Mind you my burpees at the end looked as though I was doing the lindy hop, bloody hell. Any how great to see Owen again and there seemed to be a fantastic Fran time posted by a Mr T Neck...Hmm...do you know I think he could go quicker as well. Performance of the night though had to go to the "G" man who gave the new boxes a good workout when doing his jumps, for a big guy he sure is light on his feet. How did this post start... a yes dance.....I wonder if he used to do ballet. (I can see him in swan lake.. now theres a thought).
